Practising yoga generally makes your mood better as it releases feel good hormones. In turn, if you are happier, then generally your health, improves both physical and emotional, will improve.
Generally, if you move your body such as in walking, dancing, general fitness at the gym, rowing, golf, skating, bowling – you can feel a shift in energy. Often a good walk is perfect if you are feeling down or stuck in a rut.
