Before bed, try a Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice: Lie on your back in Savasana (Corpse Pose) and listen to a guided relaxation that scans the body from head to toe. Combine this with Chandra Bhedana Pranayama (moon-piercing breath): Close your right nostril with your thumb, inhale deeply through your left nostril, and exhale through the right. Repeat for 5-10 minutes to cool the body and prepare for rest.
