Anna Karides

Anna Karides started practicing yoga at the age of fifteen following a serious hip injury that ensued after extensive training for long-distance running competitions in Cyprus. She is a certified Yoga and AcroYoga teacher and has international teaching and training experience.. Anna’s classes are challenging, dynamic and fast paced. They mirror her passion for backbends, arm balances and inversions. With her Thai Massage background, classes can also have a therapeutic focus. www.annakarides.com , www.facebook.com/AnnaKaridesYoga

Anastasis Tzanis

I am a Nutritional Therapist and Yoga teacher based in London. My formal training include a Universal Yoga and acroyoga Montreal teacher training while my practice is influenced by Eileen’s Gauthier teaching.

I believe that all human beings can develop to our full potential if we stay conscious, karmically free, creative and practice yoga regularly.
