A: There are a few exercises in yoga that generate heat and practising regularly can help you stay warm. Try learning ujjayi which is a pranayama (breathing) exercise. Ideally, this is for someone who is at intermediate or advanced stage of yoga,. But, beginners can learn this under the guidance of a teacher.
