A: Yes, there are a number of well-known ones that you can try depending on your physical or emotional disposition. I would recommend dhanurasana and bhujangasana as they are excellent at massaging internal organs. The Surya Namaskaram (set of 12 exercises) is also particularly ideal for anyone suffering from diabetes. This set is performed usually in the morning and in one go (i.e., postures flow from 1 to 12). It is a complete and beneficial way to keep yourself in good health whether or not you suffer from diabetes.
