BOOST YOUR METABOLISM


Start by lying on your back, and roll back into plow pose.

From plow pose press into downward facing dog.

Come forward into plank pose.

While holding plank turn the right wrist around
180 degrees, then switch, (plank wrist turns).

Return the wrists to plank lower to bow pose.

Press back to downward… …facing dog, and float to straddle forward bend.

Fold into a headstand.

Come down from your headstand, hold and roll onto your back.

Repeat 1-10 times.
