Celebrate National Exercise Month with WoW

Work Out World is celebrating National Exercise Month throughout April. Our leading health officials will advise on the importance of exercise, rising obesity rates, and why everyone should get moving every day.

National Exercise Month is not just a way to celebrate avid exercisers, but also a way for anyone from beginners to dedicated fitness enthusiasts to join the conversation about why they exercise, or even why they should start. We hope National Exercise Month encourages daily exercisers to motivate and inspire their friends and family, gives someone a reason to take the stairs this month, or park a little farther from the office. We believe creating healthy habits for just a month will be the beginning of a much longer relationship with exercise!

The celebration continues midApril just in time for National Exercise Day April 15, 2016 and the WoW sponsored Runapalooza in Asbury Park the following day. Take the pledge to exercise on April 15and at noon; stop what you’re doing and get moving. Whether you run, stretch at a desk, or dance with your kids, exercise can take any form and is best when you just get started and get moving.

Keep the exercise going April 16as Runapalooza festivities encourage over 4,000 New Jersey residents to run, walk, and jog.

Help WoW celebrate National Exercise Month all April long as we offer specials for members and nonmembers, encouraging New Jersey to get moving. Post this in your cafeteria, common area, or share with your friends how you pledge to add more exercise to your day! Find more information on our blog at http://www.workoutworld.com/blog
