The British School of Meditation – Meditation Teacher Training Courses

British School of Meditation

Why not make a difference for yourself and others and learn to teach meditation…

The British School of Meditation has been established to train teachers in meditation techniques to meet the growing demand for highly trained and accredited meditation teachers throughout the UK.

This exciting course has been developed with you in mind, providing you with expert training accredited by The Open College Network South West Region Ltd, trading as AptEd. This qualification is recognised nationally by the Government agency, OFQUAL.

The course consists of five days of face to face training at a centre near you. We have seven centres at the moment and will be opening an eighth next year. As well as the training days you have to complete about 50 hours of written work.

Trainer: Pauline Archer, DipBSoM – North East

Venue: Friends Meeting House

Part 1: 25th, 26th and 27th April – Part 2: 13th and 14th June

About Pauline:

I first began meditating over twenty years ago when I was introduced to meditation during yoga classes. In 2007 I went on to qualify as a yoga teacher and began teaching meditation to my students, family and friends. Seeing first-hand how regular meditation brings not only great health benefits but also increased levels of clarity and calmness into everyday life.

I would love to hear from you. If you would like an informal chat, have any questions, or would like to enrol please feel free to contact me. Should you decide to enrol on the course I look forward to encouraging, guiding and supporting you all the way.
