• WEEK 1: Detox – Body and mind
This week we focus on twisting and flowing to help you let go. The constant Vinyasa flows will build up heat and the twists will aid the detox process. Esther’s “Yoga off the mat” tips will inspire you to let go in real life situations.
• WEEK 2: Strength – your physical and spiritual core
More Vinyasa yoga to work on strengthening our physical, mental and emotional core to help us move from a place of steadiness and strength. We take the Niyama Svadhyaya (wisdom) with us off the mat for some reflection.
• WEEK 3: De-Stress – Calm, steady and strong
This week we focus on deep relaxation with Yin yoga and Slow Flow classes to help you calm down. Esther’s “Yoga off the mat” tips help you to remain present, even in the midst of the busyness of life.
• WEEK 4: Energise – Breathe and expand
We round off the programme with some more active, energising Vinyasa yoga classes to help you cultivate expansion and gratefulness. Esther’s off the mat inspirations encourage you to breathe through and embrace emotions.
