Zoe found yoga in 2009 after her son was born, In 2015, having successfully established a growing
purely by chance while trying to regain tness after pregnancy. It seemed as though she had tried every class imaginable before nding her true calling. She instantly fell in love with practising yoga, loving the peace and calm it brought to her day. Zoe signed up to her first teacher training almost instantly. Initially, she was not hoping to teach, but rather to provide more structure for her own learning.
About a year into her yoga journey, Zoe discovered Ashtanga yoga and became even more passionate about her practice. She found the commitment and structure of Ashtanga to be truly transformational as it allowed for negative and unhealthy addictions from the past to be replaced by a positive addiction and routine.
At this point, Zoe felt the desire to teach and share this practice which had helped her so much, so in 2012 she signed up to her second teacher training, a 200 hour course with Brian Cooper. Zoe is now a Chartered Level 1 teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals.

Zoe’s Ashtanga classes are traditional with not only a strong focus on alignment, adjustments and student progression, but also plenty of laughter. She teaches both Mysore style and Led classes; guided classes are broken down into levels, starting with a beginners course for new students.
