A: Yoga strengthens self-confidence by connecting you to your inner power, or Shakti. Standing poses like Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II) build physical and mental resilience. Try standing tall in this pose for 1-2 minutes on each side, breathing deeply and visualising yourself embodying strength. Another practice is chanting Om (the universal sound), which resonates through your body and fosters a sense of empowerment. Finally, reflect on the concept of Ishvarapranidhana (surrender to the universe), reminding yourself that challenges are opportunities for growth.
