- What first led you to discover Sun Kyeong?
I believe I was guided to find this method. I was born with a very weak constitution and from a young age, I suffered with severe health and emotional issues. I used to struggle with high levels of anxiety and panic attacks. I couldn’t digest food properly and would faint all the time. In the first few years of my life, I was constantly in and out of hospital.
Desperate for answers, I explored many different paths. Then one day, in my early 20s, I walked into a Sun Kyeong centre in Korea, and felt an indescribable sense of peace and warmth. It was the vibration I had been searching for all my life. That’s when I realised that this method is truly unique, and it allows us to connect to the vibration from the Mind of the Universe. When we do this, we can heal our body, calm our mind, find our true nature and brighten our spirit.
2. What inspired you to dedicate your life to Qi?
Through this practice, I received the energy and light I needed to heal, find inner peace, and experience true happiness. I knew it was my mission to share this with the world—helping others connect, realise the beauty of life, transform their health and understand that the Universe is always supporting us through vibration.
3. What does it feel like when you tune in to a vibration?
The vibration of life is like a heartbeat. Just as we have a physical heart, pumping blood around the body, we also have an invisible heartbeat, which is the vibration that comes from our spirit. This is always giving and embracing, allowing us to receive light, love, and energy from the Universe. When you tune to it, you feel your mind is crystal clear, your heart is open and you want to give and support others. You are creative, you feel so much gratitude, you understand life and you feel connected to everyone and everything.
Everyone is searching for this vibration, and when they can’t find it, they look in all the wrong places, like relationships, money, fame, alcohol or drugs. Connecting to external things provides pleasure and can only be temporary. True happiness comes from connecting to our essence, our spirit.
4. Was there a pivotal moment that cemented your belief in energy healing?
My own experience was enough to make me want to share this method with the world. It saved my life, and I didn’t need any more convincing. I had searched in so many places and knocked on so many doors, but only by healing the energy blockages in my body and clearing my karma did I really heal the root of my problems.
5. What are the most common misconceptions that people have about your healing methods?
A documentary is coming soon called “About Light & Shadows” that explores the intersection of science and spirituality. There’s a common misconception that they are separate, but in reality, they are addressing the same concept—energy and vibration are fundamentally scientific. The language of the universe is vibration.
6. Do you have any simple daily practices that you recommend for someone who wishes to start to engage with Qi energy?
We have over 10 Sun Kyeong centres around the world, including one in the heart of Marylebone, central London. There, you can do classes to connect to your true self, your spirit, as well as receiving vital energy. You can receive energy treatments to release blockages and help energy to circulate around the body which can help with many things from physical pain to anxiety and stress. If you are interested in hearing more, I would recommend getting in touch with the centre.
7. How would you describe the sensation of Qi energy on the body and soul?
For me, receiving Qi energy is like oxygenating your body and giving it the power it needs in order to thrive. It nourishes you, it makes you feel comfortable, natural and “at home”. It gives you a clear head, relieves stress or overwhelm and allows you to make decisions more easily, to manage your life and thrive.
8. What is the most transformative healing experience
you have witnessed?
I treated a man in Mexico who had Parkinson’s Disease and had been struggling with depression and constant pain. He was a former TV host, but his condition had taken a
heavy toll on his life. He agreed to appear on a TV show called “Sanando Dudas” / “Healing Doubts” and try a treatment with me live on air. As the show’s name suggests, he was initially sceptical, but he opened his heart to the experience, and after just one session, the pain in his
back disappeared. This remarkable shift transformed his life. He was able to walk again, he returned to work as a TV host, reconnecting with his light and his true self.

9. How can one work to improve their Karma?
Karma refers to our habits—both good and bad. We carry karma from our family, which consists of inherited patterns that can block our happiness and health, causing us to repeat the same negative experiences again and again. Clearing this family karma is one of the most important things we can do in our lifetime. By addressing the root, we can resolve issues that once seemed impossible, freeing ourselves from negative emotions, heaviness, bad luck and even physical pain. This healing not only benefits you but also your entire family, creating a positive ripple effect for future generations. Ancestral Healing, a spiritual ceremony led by myself or another Sun Kyeong master, is the key to releasing these deep-rooted patterns.
10.What is the most profound lesson that you have learned from your own study of energy healing?
Everything begins with gratitude. When we deeply appreciate life, we realize that the Mind of the Universe provides everything we need to sustain us—food, air, water, and so much more. By focusing on what we have rather than what we lack, we open the door to true happiness.
11. What would you say to someone who is sceptical about energy healing?
The most important thing is to keep an open heart. There are many things in life that we cannot see, yet they are essential—like gravity, oxygen, or the intricate workings of our cells, organs, and blood. You don’t see your digestive system in action, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t working tirelessly for you. Energy functions in a similar way. We often sense it instinctively. When you walk into a silent room, you can immediately feel whether the atmosphere is joyful, tense, or sad— before anyone says a word. That is energy. It shapes our experiences, making us feel at ease or unsettled, even without visible proof.
12. Are there any dietary changes a person can make to improve their energy?
Food plays a crucial role in our energy levels, but it varies depending on our individual circumstances and needs. It’s important to eat a variety of natural, colourful, and aromatic foods. However, the most significant factor is not just what you eat, but how well you can digest it, which directly ties to your energy. When you have enough energy, your body can effectively digest anything.
If digestion is a challenge, a helpful tip is to chew your food thoroughly, eat mindfully without distractions, and avoid drinking fluids during meals. Allow your food to digest for at least an hour before drinking again. For those with weak or cold bodies, it’s beneficial to consume warm, energetically rich foods like ginger and garlic to boost vitality. While warm drinks are generally better than cold, cold foods like avocado or coconut can be helpful when you need to cool down, especially if you’re feeling stressed or overheated.
