Words: Lena Franklin (Medicine Woman, Transpersonal Psychotherapist & Transformational Speaker)
Our relationship with money stems from what we were taught about money as children, and many times, thoughts and beliefs about money are passed down from our ancestors ~ beliefs often based in scarcity and fear. What I’ve seen through my own transformational journey and a decade of working with impact leaders is that our relationship with money holds patterns that are reflections of our relationship with ourselves ~ and if we can follow that through-line to excavate the distorted belief patterns, we illuminate barriers that have held us back from the wealth that we deeply desire. When we become aware of these barriers, a portal for healing and transformation opens. We begin to realise that we can consciously choose our beliefs, beginning to discard fear-based ones in exchange for beliefs that reflect our Highest Selves. It is in this potent space where our worthiness to create lives

overflowing with meaning, love, connection and abundance begins to emerge. This limitless creation energy is our birthright.
You may be asking, what does money have to do with spirituality? Well, we’re entering a time I call The Great Integration, where industries and sectors of life are becoming more interconnected and less compartmentalised.
We’re seeing more conversations at the crossroads of business and energetics, indigenous medicine and modern medicine, spirituality and entertainment ~ and the current energy that births human visions into physical form on the Earth plane is money energy. When we reprogram the subconscious beliefs holding us back from the limitlessness that is our true nature, we become pure vessels for money to f low through. Think of it as a mycelial network for currency. You’re simply an antenna and a channel, ideally, distributing this energy to where it’s most nourishing for your life ~ and then, for humanity and the Earth.

I had the joy of interviewing two remarkable women who work in the field of Conscious Wealth Creation, paving their own paths of legacy leadership. Wealth in the stewardship of conscious women becomes a conduit for planetary healing through harmonious systems that nurture rather than extract. Keri Ford, a former award-winning Creative Director, is now the CEO & Founder of Elevate with Keri, a global luxury brand transforming leadership for top female founders. As the Holy High Council for women in business, she weaves advanced nervous system regulation, somatic strategies, and peak neuroscience performance to help clients achieve unparalleled success. I’ve been friends with Keri for years and have witnessed her step deeper and deeper into her divine purpose, merging somatic mastery with the female business leaders she guides. Makhosi Nejeser (The Royal Shaman) works with highly successful entrepreneurs who have built multi-million dollar businesses yet still feel empty, anxious, or disconnected despite their achievements. Having built her own worldly success before her spiritual crisis, she knows the ache when external achievement doesn’t create inner peace. After her own breakdown and breakthrough, Makhosi combined ancient shamanic practices with modern business strategy ~ now guiding other leaders through the same transformation: from spiritual bankruptcy masked by material wealth to sustainable success that truly fulfills.
Women, when rooted in sacred remembrance, know that true wealth is cyclical, relational, and alive. Pachamama ~ our Earth Mother ~ teaches us that prosperity is not about extraction, but about reciprocity. Nothing in nature hoards or dominates; all things feed one another in right relationship. When a woman reclaims her right to receive and circulate resources, she becomes a living river: nourishing what is just, what is life-giving, what restores balance for generations to come. May we remember that money, too, is medicine ~ when stewarded by awakened women who hold the codes of the grandmother’s generosity, the mother’s fierce protection, the maiden’s creativity, and the wise one’s discernment. When we let the spirit of Pachamama infuse our relationship with wealth, we step into a new economy ~ one rooted in harmony and the knowing that true prosperity is not measured by what we keep, but by what we seed.
Keri shared that, “Nature is going to be the real wealth, the real gold.” Keri wisely talks about looking at money from the perspective of resources, for example, you get the honor of paying people that rely on you for your income. For example, one woman who works for her who lives in Dubai sends money to her family in the Philippines and because of the salary she earns, she’s able to both support her immediate and nuclear family. Keri works with women who are highly influential ~ these women have the resources to truly make an impact on future generations. In her communion with God, asking “why do you want me counseling and advising these women?” it has become clear that a significant part of Keri’s mission is supporting the conscious stewardship of money through regulated women so they can offer lasting impact. As a conduit for God’s work, Keri embodies her role with reverence and integrity. Working intentionally with women and their nervous systems, she guides them inward to become aware of the sensations that arise, helping her clients understand how they relate to what arises ~ and incrementally expanding their sense of safety through increased resilience. Her trauma training creates a strong foundation, grounded in the body, to support her clients’ capacity to create significant impact.
Makhosi has a fascinating personal story of becoming ~ she grew up in an Amish family and shares that she has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. After graduating college, she was going to go to medical school but ended up having a baby instead. From there, she began working for company called Pure Romance, teaching women how to reconnect with their bodies and learn who they are. Makhosi ended up in the 1% of this company within the first 9 months ~ she had achieved everything that she was conditioned to believe was “successful” …the tall husband, the miracle baby, mansion parties, and successful career but she felt this empty inside. This catalysed the underlying spiritual experience that was unfolding for her beneath it all ~ she ended up connecting to Egypt and her gifts of seeing spirits evolved over time. From there, Makhosi was introduced to an ancient Egyptian Mystery School based in Africa and she went into a 5-year shamanic initiation. After emerging from the depths of her initiation, and “putting up her shingle”, she witnessed that certain leaders were naturally attracted to her work. Stepping in fully as a Spiritual Teacher and Soul Business Alignment Strategist, Makhosi is deeply guided to weave her shamanic training, consciousness, business and grounded wealth together in her legacy work. Rooted in indigenous wisdom, she supports her clients live in alignment with the natural cycles as they create balanced success.
One of the common denominators I see between the work we all share as women working with conscious wealth creation is embodiment. It’s clear that, globally, we’re shifting out of the hyper-masculine structures and energies that can feel more rigid, external and forceful. Yes, masculine structure is needed and the energetic balance within each person ~ and this is key ~ however, the systems and structures are refining to reflect the harmony of Pachamama’s wisdom. True Earth Medicine is becoming infused within business structures ~ this is the future. These female trailblazers are holding the light of global evolution through their work.
Wealth, when guided by awakened women who lead from an embodied place, becomes a force that nourishes rather than depletes. We’re living in a time when the old paradigms of hierarchy, hoarding and separation are crumbling ~ making way for a regenerative flow of resources that honors life in all its forms. This is Conscious Wealth Creation in action ~ an invitation for us all to remember that money is simply neutral energy, here to be received, tended and circulated with care. As we redefine global leadership through this lens, we see that wealth is no longer about individual gain but about collective thriving. Each dollar, each resource, each opportunity becomes a seed planted in the fertile soil of humanity’s evolution. When women remember that they are the rivers through which this prosperity flows, they anchor the next economy in reciprocity, reverence and restoration.
This is the embodiment of Pachamama’s wisdom in our modern world: an ecosystem where giving and receiving are in harmony, where wealth regenerates communities, and where leadership is measured not by power over others but by how many are uplifted through our presence. May we each hold the courage to look within, to heal our relationship with money, to open our channels wide to receive and to trust ourselves to steward resources with sacred responsibility. The future of wealth is feminine, fluid and alive ~ a living prayer for the generations to come.

“Nature is going to the real wealth, the real gold”
